Porosity and inclusions drive scrap and cost. By leveraging advanced simulation alongside precision low-pressure (counter-gravity) casting, we minimize these defects at the source—ensuring consistently high-quality parts.

Magnesium Expertise

Magnesium sand casting presents unique challenges—its reactivity and combustion risk demand exacting process control. Yet its light weight and strength make it indispensable in U.S. aerospace and defense manufacturing. With fewer than ten domestic sand-casting suppliers, we saw an opportunity to bridge a critical gap and bring precision magnesium sand casting back home.

Simulation-Driven Optimization

Modern simulation tools don’t replace expertise, but they dramatically cut down on costly trial-and-error. By modeling mold filling, casting, heat treatment, and machining up front, we plan ahead and design for manufacturability—giving us the highest likelihood of first-pass success
